The Knowing of Love
Comprehends being as One
And separate

The Knowing of Love
Flowing waters of feeling
Along beds unseen

The Knowing of Love
Silent breaths, one-after-another
Traveling the winds of sensing

The Knowing of Love

As I am you

sees

You are me



Yet Knows I am me

And you are you


The Knowing of Love
Joins hands through hearts
Invisible links in a chain of pearls


The Knowing of Love
Sees more than our eyes
Hears more than our ears
Feels more than our bodies

The Knowing of Love
Greets more of us

Than we are.

Joy of Rainbow Energy


I think, I know,
The Shining Light I see
With sparkles all around it.

It’s neither here nor there
Just shining all around me!

It moves and swings
To the beat of life’s
Happy magic rhythm!

Oh come with me
And see it too
We’ll dance and sing and love

All to the tune
Of happy lights
And skyrocket beats pulsating.

Tis neither hither, nor yon
Nor round that tree
It’s here, It’s here
Oh come and see!

I open up and let it in
Runs through me
Like a sieve

Every part of my Being
Is filled with Light
Of the happy beating rhythm.

Life isn’t the finished product.

It’s the process of making yourself into

whatever you are becoming

without end.

Expanding


I woke up at Dawn

Love the early morning glow!

Fills me up with Hope
So much potential for the day!

A blank screen to write my feelings upon
Or paint a pretty picture of joy
Into the hours I am allotted this day!

My heart is so full
Of gratitude and blessings
Amidst all this peaceful
open space
for me to grow into!

A Beautiful Person


A Beautiful Person is one
Whose gentle heart
Makes you feel soft

Whose voice blends the colors
Of your feelings
Into a loving landscape
Of thoughts


The one whose touch
Makes you feel
Like velvet inside and out

Whose eyes can surround you
In the beautiful peace
Of Loving yourself!

Perception


When I look out at the world
Through the window
Of my eyes and ears
I know so much less
Than when I focus myself within.

It seems it’s better for me
To know people
From the inside of me
Than by depending only
On what my eyes and ears tell me.

Inside myself
I feel the essence
Of who and what you are

While with my eyes and ears
I know only shreds of evidence!

Inside of me
Seems to meet
Inside of you
In a touching way
That transforms
Separateness
Into unity.

SongBirds

Sometimes when I hear
 birds singing
I think of all
The messages in life
We miss
That could bring
Us happiness
If only
We’d take the time
To listen



There is very little
That can be said
To someone
Who isn’t listening

Is there a logical way
To explain
Why Love exists between two people?

Reason is found
In Heartsense
Not in words.

The heart is where you are centered
The Center is Love

How do you listen to Love?

River of Life


I’m like a river
Meeting the ocean
Pouring myself into the Sea of Life

Sometimes the resistance
Is so unbearable
And I need some room
To move in

Open Ocean Open
And give me some space
To be me
While still joining
With you.

Nature of Life


Are not the seasons
God painting the Earth
Different colors
Of feeling?

Is not the weather
God’s Life expressing
The full range of emotions?

Do not the flowers speak
Of god’s wisdom, beauty & softness?

The gems and minerals
Of the Light
Of God’s eyes?

And the sunshine
The warmth of God’s Heart?

Natures tells of a Being, Wisdom & Love
Mighty enough
To contain, live & crate
All That Is

Who express in All cycles of life

As You, as Me,
 as Light, as Spark
as Shadow, as Dark,
As Color, as Rainbows
As Love, as Hate,
As Peace, as War,
As Knowing and Unknown

A full spectrum of
Experience
Is All That Is.

The Songs of Smiles
Sing their Tune
Silently

Mindfull

Hello! Said the morning
To my eyes

The Light bringing focus
To my minds

Which one
Answers back
This day?


Smiling Mind
Fills my heart with gladness

Peaceful Mind
Joins my heart and soul

Somber Mind
Fills my heart with depth

Devoted Mind
Gives purpose to my day

Loyal Mind
Blends my Being with others

Tearful mind
Softens

Generous Mind
Expands &
Spreads love and joy
Everywhere

Open Mind
Lets new in

Closed Mind
Relaxes and Rests

Hopeful Mind
Waits in Patience.



We ride our lives
As barefoot surfers
On the waves
Plunging into the depth
And feeling with our souls

Or, scarcely feeling at all
Like water skiers
Flitting across smooth waters

When the need is there
We plunge deep below
The surface

Looking deep within
For the wealth
Of treasures buried
Beneath the pavement
Of our lives.

Believing

Believe in yourself
As you believe

The rain will fall
The sun will shine
The winds will blow
The flowers will grow

Believe in yourself
For you would not be
If you didn’t!

Your goodness makes the sun shine
Your sadness makes the rain fall
Your thoughts make the wind blow
Your Being makes the Earth grow

Believe in yourself
For they could not be
If you didn’t.

The Unknown


I have formed dreams
And nurtured them
Most I gave away
Or they dissolved.

I have found shells & pebbles
At the seashore
To remind me of what was
In other times & places.

Are my dreams of the past
These shells & pebbles
Hardened by time?

What is lasting & beautiful
From that which I formed
In time & places gone by?

Do we use these pebbles
To throw at those
Who broke our dreams?

Or, save the shells
As gifts
To those who shared them too?

I used to be
The “ only” One

Now I know
I am every one

So now, I’m me
And know you, too!

Smiles give it warmth,
